This current project located on a heavily treed site is being cleared to provide excavation for nearly 1.2 million square feet of new warehouse space across three buildings and over 1,000,000sf of new paving. There will be over 300,000cy of moisture conditioned soil at the subgrades of the three buildings all capped with lime stabilization. With the paving also being lime stabilized, there will be nearly 5,000 tons of lime stabilization to perform on this project. The site has nearly 500,000cy of excavation as well.
