This 55 acre site was heavily treed and had to be cleared in order to provide excavation and moisture conditioning for a new over 1,000,000sf warehouse along with grading for over 800,000sf of new paving. This project had over 10,000cy of haul off, nearly 200,000cy of moisture conditioned soil and over 40,000 tons of recycled flex base.
